Chemical vertical pump common sense

Chemical vertical pumps can be divided into submerged pumps, cylindrical pumps and vertical pipe pumps.
Submerged pump refers to the pump body can be immersed in the liquid pump. Often installed in the liquid tank. Liquid pump structure type volute, screw-type, turbine and other, can be single-stage, but also multi-stage, depending on head and structure may be.
The inlet and outlet of the cylindrical pump are generally taken at the same height, with inner and outer two shells. The inner shell is composed of the rotor, the guide vane and the pump shaft. The outer shell is the inlet diversion channel and the liquid is sucked in from the lower part. Cylinder pump is generally mainly used for liquefied gas, liquefied natural gas and other low temperature medium delivery.
Vertical pipe pump structure is very simple, without foot, pump as part of the pipeline, installation without changing the pipeline.
