One of our Argentina client ordered a set of quickly interchange C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine from us recently . He ask both C purlin and Z purlin from size 70 to 250 .
Our factory just finished a Automatic quicly change size C/Z purlin machine for our India client servial days ago . But we found there are some problems when produce the small size of Z purlin ( when the size of Z purlin less that 100 , it is not very good ) , engineer is debug the machine , but they has not slove the problem well . We treat every customer as God and our friend , and must be responsible for our client as well as what we produced ( machine ) . So we tell the customers this problem . At least , client agree to change his requirement about the size of Z purlin , we resolve disputes through negotiations. Meanwhile , client speak highly of our good faith .
