In 2014, Vacheron Constantin introduced the 2790 SQ caliber, which features a carving process that powers the Malte Maltese Louvre Tourbillon Platinum. This masterpiece is the crystallization of the great cooperation between watchmakers and craftsmen. The series is now new Malte Maltese engraving tourbillon 18K 5N pink gold.
This new work, engraved with a Geneva mark, stands out as a masterpiece in Haute Horlogerie. The 38 x 48.24 mm curved pink gold case features a barrel engraved tourbillon with integral engraving and hand engraving. In the light and shade, the Vacheron Constantin 2790 SQ caliber illustrates the delicate relationship between original architectural decoration and geometry. Geometric shapes more often inspire many outstanding builders, architects and artists. Repeated basic geometric elements to create a clear contrast of the light and dark patterns, these watches provide a creative source.
